Leona Storch is a Registered Nurse who has been cultivating relationships and engaging with seniors and their families in her role as Patient Care Co-ordinator at Our Lady of the Rosary Hospital in Castor. She is passionate about providing patient-centred, quality care and has been privileged to collaborate with an amazing multidisciplinary team who readily share their knowledge, expertise and passions to enrich the lives of the patients in their care.
