Caroline ‘Ann’ Nelson was trained by the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care and is a preceptor for Clinical Pastoral Education for the Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre. Ann is passionate about long-term care chaplaincy. She believes that delivering quality patient-centered care for the residents, patients, and families begins with cultivating a strong cohesive team. Teamwork is nurtured by fostering a holistic approach in how she sees and experiences individual staff members. Ann seeks to advocate for integrated staff support in our healthcare practice.
