Bonnie started her healthcare career as a hospital chaplain 12 years ago. Accompanying patients and families through many life-changing experiences of suffering and joy has informed her leadership style and affirmed her commitment to patient-centred care. Bonnie oversees Spiritual Care and Mission initiatives for Covenant Health, along with the Critical Incident Stress Management team and Interpretive Services program. The Interpretive Services program was started in 2011 by the Mission, Ethics and Spirituality department, as part of its diversity and inclusion work.
